Mr. Budzik's primary focus is in domestic and international taxation, real estate transactions, estate planning,
immigration and asset protection planning. His experience includes advising clients on all facets of domestic and international
entity formation and reorganizations, real estate acquisitions and sales, domestic and international estate planning, sourcing of income,
family office planning, advanced asset protection planning, foreign tax credit planning, subpart F income, repatriation strategies, and immigration.
Mr. Budzik earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from DePaul University's Strobel Honors Program. He subsequently earned a Juris Doctor ( Cum Laude ) from University of Miami School of Law in the evening program while working for a public accounting firm. After law school, he spent an additional three years in Big Four Public Accounting, leaving as an International Tax Manager. Prior to co-founding the Firm, Mr. Budzik was also an attorney with a midsized Chicago law firm.
Mr. Budzik is a member of the Illinois, Florida, and Chicago Bar Associations. He is also a member of the Mid-Day Club.

Mr. Dynia's primary focus is in immigration law, business and corporate planning, federal and state taxation, estate planning, asset protection and real estate transactions. Prior to co-founding the Firm, Mr. Dynia worked as an attorney with a midsized Chicago law firm, and spent several years as a tax manager at a local public accounting firm. During his tenure, he focused primarily on taxation issues regarding family offices, partnerships, and high net worth individuals.
Mr. Dynia earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Northern Illinois University, a Masters of Science in Taxation from DePaul University Graduate School of Business and a Juris Doctorate from DePaul University College of Law, where he graduated cum laude, simultaneously earned a Certificate in Taxation and was awarded the Outstanding Tax Student Award by the Chicago Bar Association. Mr. Dynia is a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the American Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association, Chicago Bar Association, American Immigration Lawyers Association, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Illinois CPA Society.
